On the east bank of Lake Washington, a forest was transformed into a suburban playground.  Loggers gave way to farmers, who gave way to small businesses and lakeside dwellers. The bridge from Seattle to Bellevue built a cultural revolution. Bellevue grew into a playground for the rugged urbanites and individualists. ROAM set out with Seattle celebrity chef Jason Willson to create a virtual lake house for farm-to-table dining.
