Inspired by Mallorca’s proud connection with Spanish modern art and linked to Picasso and home to many artists and artisans today, Es Fum, ties together the unique character of the island of Mallorca. The art, history, heritage, and traditions are married with modernity and local flair. The story starts with the idea of welcoming guests for an elite dinner party. 

The restaurant is housed within an art collector’s contemporary finca in the Spanish ‘Hamptons’. Arriving off the hotel’s grand lobby, guests are immersed in a contemporary, unique space as they step through the grand timber doors into an intimate yet immersive gallery space of wine displays, showcasing sophisticated details, bronze accents, and beautiful cabinetry. Informal yet quietly luxurious, this space is layered with artwork, sculpture and pops of personality that feel contemporary, crafted, and curated, setting the tone for the dining experience.
